Importance of Coaching and Being Coachable

Its been almost 4 months of Internity, and we are ready to launch with Internship in June. We have been getting calls and messages from our dear fellows as how different is this internship,
will we be benefited out of it etc. Back of my mind, a thought always strikes, we are new in this field which already is on its maturity with various sources of learning available online and offline.
All these questions become very valid ones, and obviously all those who've joined us will be having a huge trust on us. So this blog brings an aspect of Internity offerings to provide a life altering experience to our interns.

Internity believes in coaching model, and hence internship is an offering to bring forth the importance of coaching and how being coachable can transform lives of our young fellows.

Two days ago, a movie got released on a man's life who united the entire nation with his game. 'Sachin - A Billion Dreams'. We all know the great man, and the miracles he did.
He too thanked his coach Ramakant Achrekar for all the practice in structure and environment he provided to him. We also saw 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag', where Milkha Singh even after having so many
achievments worked with his coach till the end. Even in our holy books, there is a saying that a Coach(Guru) has a highest stature in a person's life.

Now, you all must be wondering why coaching model in internship, when so many learning sources are available with classroom offerings, online tutorials etc. Effective Learning requires a structure,
Our internship provides a structured learning so that an intern generates an efficient output, and our coaching model provides that same structure to the interns, where every intern is
having a coach.

A coaching model is one of the best mechanism of effective and transformative learning, where a coach makes his student to inquire on why, what & how? analogy, by providing an environment to
the student to play fullout, so that the best effort can be generated. A coach can alter lives of people he's coaching, like Gary Kirsten provided coaching to Indian Cricket Team
and took them to No. 1 spot in all formats of the game. A coach is not one who gives solutions, he lets you inquire deep into the problem and make you generate the solution for that problem
by providing scenarios.

As we all know that for making things work a two way approach is required, so even though coaches are important, for interns, Being Coachable is most important to get the best out of
coaching model. Being Coachable only means 'Doing what your coach says to do'. Sachin Tendulkar, Milkha Singh, Usain Bolt all were coachable and hence caused miracles, they did what their
coach asked them to do. At times, there will be regrets, complaints etc. due to the work, but its all for your betterment, coaches only have a commitment to transform your life.

Few days ago, I came across a video where a speaker was talking about Mental Strength and Self-Belief. A coach is a commited listener who enhances self-belief and mental strength.
At the same time, being coachable brings this into our life and this makes us unstoppable.

I know it is getting a bit longer, but I want to ask a query, as why do all goverment leaders, organisations, NGO's have advisory boards?
Just to bring their work into the structure, these advisors are like coaches to coach on where things are lagging.

You can now count on us, we are providing a 'Tried and Tested' approach.

Want to experience, Join us..!!

Till then Happy Reading..!!

Time - key to success

We appreciate you for the "Time" you are going to spend on reading this blog. This blog is all about why we are focusing on this word is because how you will be successful.

We guess most of you want to be successful and you must be knowing what its like to be touching the failures in life. This blog is not going to discuss what exactly is the definition of time, but it’s more of a concern that ‘are we utilizing it the way we should’, are we hearing a “no”? We just heard you whispering a “no”. We at Internity believe that time is the most important factor for being a person of success. We believe in time management and we want you to believe the same, because if you move along with us putting a management of time as the tool for your daily working areas, you will definitely get into the doors of your vision. We are putting this blog to get an idea how we work at Internity to create a personality which can conquer the competitive world living aside.

Let’s focus on the deal we have, Time. Let’s go through a live example we dealt with, there was a person in our team who has skills, passion to thrive, can conquer the world, carry out his vision but he was lacking behind all these just because he forgot the most important factor, time. We were giving him the tasks, deadlines but he chose to do it late just because he was never managing those things in a way they should. What made him realize this when he got failed to carry out a campaign he was assigned to. He then realized that If I would have maintained my timeline of my tasks I do in my daily life, this might not have happened. And yes, he was right, you don’t have to spend a penny for this, you just have to go through the needs you have, the workloads you can manage, the bottlenecks that’s coming around, once you list them all, you will find a clear timeline for all the task that you carry out.

“Practice makes a man perfect”, the saying exists and works best for the purpose, once you start
practicing to be on the timeline you decided, even you yourself cannot let you to see backward in life,
that’s our bet on you. We recently started hiring interns and we are getting great responses from people around and we promise you to serve the best ever guidance which can lead you to an amazing future but what we need from you is a promise to practice the time management, if you make that happen, we’ll make sure that nothing comes as a hurdle in your life.

Hope you had a happy reading experience, will catch you soon.

Internship : What it is ? What we are offering ?

Hello people ,

Once again its Sunday and this is our Blog day 😃😃 And we are bouncing back with a new blog
This time the topic is Internship : What it is ? What we are offering ?

In our previous blog we have discuss on the HIDDEN GAPS and it’s affects in achieving our dream. So, going along with the stream of hidden gaps and adding up some of it’s cramp with this blog.

This is the high time when the hidden gap named lack of PROPER GUIDANCE comes into action, with regard of internship. Most of students are completely unaware even with the word INTERNSHIP and it’s value in their upcoming career.

So in today’s blog we will lay emphasis on INTERNSHIP and it’s booming points for your career. Along with this we are sharing a link down below at end of blog about various internship programs organized by THE NITI AYOG under the GOI.

WHAT IS AN INTERNSHIP?

An  internship  is a job training for  white collar  and professional careers.

Internships for professional careers are similar in some ways but not as rigorous as apprenticeships  for professions, trade and vocational jobs,  but the lack of standardisation and oversight leaves the term open to broad interpretation.Interns may be college or university students, high school students, or post-graduate adults.

Generally, an internship consists of an exchange of services for experience between the student and an organization

Why Are Internships Important?

Internships offer students a hands-won opportunity to work in their desired field. They learn how their course of study applies to the real world and build a valuable experience that makes them stronger candidates for jobs after graduation.

An internship can be  an excellent way to "try out" a certain career. For instance, you may think you want a fast-paced job in advertising after college, but after an internship, you may find that it’s not for you that’s valuable insight that will help you choose your career path.

Once introspected your hidden capabilities  and having interest in your introspected field, students can create a network of  contacts, to acquire a  recommendation letter  to add to their  curriculum vitae, or to gain school credit.

Moreover some of the painstaking interns find permanent, paid employment with the organizations for which they worked upon completion of the internship.

What Internity is offering ?

We at Internity are offering a Work from Home Internship , where you'll be assigned a Coach and different task will be assigned to you, to give you a taste of what it actually is working for a firm on a regular basis.

You'll be getting a full fledged certificate for this that you've completed an Internship with us which will definetly look good on your CV.

Internity has joined hands with Rannlab to provide you this internship and we are in the process of partnering with other startups to give you guys a taste.

So , if you are the one seeking it, don't miss your chance now. And grab the opportunity here.

If it is not for you no problem, go ahead and pass this on information to someone more in need !

Looking forward to get your replies !

Till then ! Let's pledge to be a Epistemophile !

Happy Reading :)

The Hidden Gaps

They : You entered in College with a lot of dreams. How many of them are achieved ?
Me : I didn't get proper guidance to achieve them

They : You did very good in studies but still not able to implement what you learnt in theory, why ?
Me : I didn't have proper resources and coaching to implement them in practical

They : You are a good coder but what are you doing in a company that doesn't have work, worth your skills
Me : I had very less opportunities and i had to secure a job for my family as soon as possible.

They : Ohh, so you want your own name as founder of a millionaire dollar company. Pretty cool, how far have you come to reach your goal ?
Me : I am trying but i don't know how to do it, from where to start.

Relative, right !!
Each one of us have gone through these questions and the answers are more or less, the same. They are nothing but the "hidden gaps" which never let you complete your success journey and this blog is going to throw some light on these gaps.

The moment you think of an idea and start its execution, you fear of "from where the money will come ?" i.e. the gap of resources, "what will be my parents' reaction when i will tell them ?" i.e. the gap of resisting changes, "i have my studies/work to do, how will i be able to give time ?" i.e. the gap of time management, "what should be my approach to this ?" i.e. the gap of guidance, "how will i manage my team, i have no experience" creates a gap of leadership and you leave the execution in the middle.

Yes, you already knew all this, then how can they be called as hidden gaps ?
They resist you from achieving your success which makes them gaps and you never get a solution to remove them and always avoid, makes them hidden reasons.

Bravo!! Now we are a step ahead, we know the hidden gaps. It’s time to fill them. HOW ?

We call it "The Honest Commitment" theory.
When we start a task, we give a commitment with a "Yes I will do it" to ourselves and then any question which comes in our way, we have a answer for it.

You think of an idea, you start with a commitment that no matter what, i'll do it in. The money problem, i'll solve it using my skills to communicate with them who has money and show them how they will get a huge revenue from my idea and i’ll find a way to approach them as i am committed to my idea. Telling parents, be honest and tell them, ask for a time and show them that you are committed to achieve your goal, you will move forward with their blessings. Time management, that is the piece of cake for you when you are committed as you know the priorities of tasks at different times. Team management, once you are committed, you will make your team committed with love and integrity.
And, any other obstacle comes, you will have a answer and the ultimate success.

Share your views regarding the hidden gaps, you faced and the solutions you found :)

How is Internity's Curriculum Structure different ?

In the previous blog, we laid the emphasis on the benefits which the students can enjoy from Internity. Right from the promise of boost up sessions in the beginning to the live projects in later years, we’ll do it all. For that, we have a curriculum structure which is rolled out in this blog which is focussed on CS/IT streams, as of now and we will soon be coming with the structure for all other streams. The structure has eight levels (plus one extra) aligning with our semester system in engineering.
Level 1:  This is our introductory level. Students can start from here only. We’ll teach you C & Algorithms here.
Level 2:  In this level, you’ll be getting hands on data structures and its implementations. Remember, algorithmic thinking makes good programmers but the best ones are expert in data structures as well. Here, we’ll also introduce you to the slices of web technology.
Level 3:  Here comes the implementation part of the preceding levels. You’ll be doing a project as well as a case study on what you’ve learned till now. Trust me, writing software is real fun.
Level 4:  In this level, we’ll let you know about the different paradigms of programming ranging from structural, object-oriented, functional to natural programming. Here, you’ll also learn about database administration.
Level 5:  This level will teach you various fundamentals aspects of Linux OS. We’ll be doing a project of networking as well. Various research journals would also be made available to you.
Level 6:  Guys, here you will get the exposure, guidance for writing and publishing a research paper of your own. And in Enterprise Level Programming - to get you prepare with the hands on training on standards being followed in Industry.
Level 7:  At this level, you all would be in your final year of engineering. Always, keep in mind, recruiters always think of some extra furor in the candidate. Therefore, we’ll make sure you have practical awareness of latest industry trends such as big data, IoT, machine learning, etc.
Level 8: This is the final level and you all be placed till now, hopefully. Here, we’ll deal with plenty of research papers, work on start up ideas if you have any and also help you in the final year project. We can also work over modern technologies which may reign in the upcoming IT industry.
Level 9: Here, your engineering is over. You have done it all starting from programming to projects and databases to devOps. But wait, We’re still a final touch away. Here, we’ll provide you world class training, make you industry ready and your startups will get their shape in reality. As industry is changing is very fast with daily advents, we need to get it right for you. Just remember, country needs to produce  ‘job creators’ over ‘job seekers’.
Each level has weekly, monthly and a 3 month task. We’ll be conducting one final test at each level. You’ll be getting Internity credits for your performance in the above which will be used to advance in the next level. Internity will award you with a certificate for passing each level. We are a community and likewise we’ll help you with online tutorials as well in case you face hurdles. If you guys have any doubts, feel free to ask them through comments or through messages on our social media platforms, or mail us at 'contact@internity.in'. Till then,
Keep in touch. Stay Updated.
